Privacy Policy for CarryCue

CarryCue is designed to help you remember what to bring before leaving home. We respect your privacy and aim to collect as little personal information as possible.

1. Information Stored on Your Device

CarryCue stores app data locally on your device, including items, routines, planned reminders, completion history, and app settings.

CarryCue does not require you to create an account.

2. Location Information

CarryCue may request access to your device's location to provide location-based reminder features, including reminders when leaving a saved location.

Location information is used only to provide these features. CarryCue does not sell your location information.

You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.

3. Notifications

CarryCue may request permission to send notifications for reminders you create. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

CarryCue Pro subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

CarryCue uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status and purchase entitlements. RevenueCat may process information related to purchases and subscription status according to its own privacy policy.

CarryCue does not directly receive or store your full payment card information.

5. Third-Party Services

CarryCue may use third-party services necessary to operate certain app features, including Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat.

6. Data Sales

CarryCue does not sell your personal information.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Most CarryCue data is stored locally on your device. You can remove individual items and other app data from within the app. Removing the app may also remove locally stored application data, subject to your device's backup settings.

Purchase and subscription records may continue to be maintained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other payment providers as required for subscription management and legal obligations.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version and revision date will be posted on this page.
